This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1914 of 2016 (C) was filed before the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No.1914 of 2016. 3.

The petitioner, working as Senior Clerk in the office of Deputy Director of Agriculture and Food Production Department, Ganjam, sought to challenge order of transfer contending that the same violates the government guidelines.

Ms. Debasmita Debadarshini appearing for Mr. J.K. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted Memo of withdrawal and prays for grant of liberty for filing better application if cause of action would arise.
