01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. D.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Das, learned counsel appearing for the State and Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the OPSC.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:

"Under the above facts and circumstances of the case the applicant prays that the Hon'ble Tribunal may gracicously be pleased to quash the letter of the OPSC (respondent No. 2) dated 27.03.2015 (Annexure-4). And further be pleased to direct the OPSC, to prepare the selection list pertaining to the written test without adhering to the negative marking system.

Any other relief(s) be passed as deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

4. It is submitted by Mr. Jena, learned counsel appearing for the Commission that the process of selection has incompleted since long and all the posts have been filled up. No interim order is also passed while issuing notice of the matter on 24.07.2015.

5. In view of the fact that the process of selection is already completed, the prayer as claimed in the Petition cannot be allowed.
