Heard N.R. Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Panigrahi, learned A.S.C. 3.

These Writ Petitions have been filed with the following prayer.

"Direct/order to quash the impugned order dated 9.8.2016 and dated 1.9.2016 under Annexures-5 & 6."

It is submitted that the issue involved in these cases has already been decided by this Court in the case of State of Orissa and Another Vs. Biharilal and Others on 27.6.2016 passed in W.P.(C ) No.2831 of 2016.

In that view of the matter, this Court while interfering with the impugned communications issued on 9.8.2016 under Annexure-5 and 1.9.2016 under Annexure-6, directs the authority concerned to take

// 2 // action in terms of the decision of this Court rendered in the case of State of Orissa and Another Vs. Biharilal and Others.

The Writ petitions are disposed of in the light of the order passed in the aforesaid case.

7.

The photocopy of the order be placed in the connected cases.
