This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the State Information Commission, Bhubaneswar to register the complaint case filed by the Petitioner.

On instruction, Mr. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the case has already been registered as Complaint Case No.683 of 2022. Since the matter is not ready, it could not be listed.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the Petitioner files a memorandum for listing of the complaint case, necessary steps in accordance with law shall be taken for its listing, if the matter is defect free and ready to be taken up for issuance of notice. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
