This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The Original Application No.184 (C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 184 of 2016.

The grievance of the Petitioner is that though her husband retired from Government service with effect from 27.09.2003, he was being extended provisional pension and subsequently, her husband died on 20.08.2014. The Petitioner claims to have filed a representation dated 12.11.2014 before the Opposite Party No.1, namely, Commissioner-cumSecretary, Home Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar for consideration of family pension. 4.
It is submitted at the bar that such a representation is still pending.

Considering the above, Opposite Party No.1Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Home Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to consider
// 2 // the representation of the Petitioner dated 12.11.2014 stated to have been pending within a period of two months hence and necessary reasoned order shall be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
