This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction for early disposal of O.S.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 pending before the Member, Board of Revenue, Cuttack.

The case of the Petitioner is that although O.S.S. Case No.66 of 2016 was disposed of along with O.S.S. Case No.75 of 2016 on 7th December, 2018 and judgment in O.S.S. Case No.75 of 2016 has been signed, but the judgment in O.S.S. Case No. 66 of 2016 has not been signed.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 1st December, 2021 directed learned State Counsel to take instruction in the matter. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that O.S.S. Case No.66 of 2016 does not relate to the Petitioner. However, Annexure-1 to the writ petition shows that the Petitioner was a party in OLR R.C. Case No. 66 of 2016. The said revision case has already been disposed of by the

// 2 // Collector, Angul since 12th November, 2021. Since O.S.S. Case No.66 of 2016 does not relate to the Petitioner, the prayer made in the writ petition cannot be entertained.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. 6.

Copy of the order passed in OLR Revision Case No.66 of 2016 produced by learned State Counsel is taken on record. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
