This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur in IA No.339 of 2018 (arising out of CP No.124 of 2016), whereby an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been allowed directing the Petitioner to pay pendente lite maintenance to the Opposite Party at the rate of Rs.8,000/- per month and to pay litigation expenses of Rs.10,000/-.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mahapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime the Petitioner has become jobless. Hence, he has filed an application before learned Judge, Family Court for variation of the impugned order, which is subjudice.
