2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) quash the impugned Notification No.6871/H dated 2.4.2015 in Annexure-2 in so far as applicant is concerned and the applicant may be allowed to continue as Asst. Surgeon in SCB Medical College & Hospital, Cuttack without any interference by the Respondents." 4.
Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner also.
