This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.176 (C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (OAC) No. 176 of 2016.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by issue of letter dated 15.10.2015 by Block Education Officer. In the said letter, excess amount paid to the Petitioner was sought to be recovered. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with a prayer to direct the Opposite Party No.2, namely, Collector - cum-CEO, Zilla Parisad, Bolangir for consideration of fresh representation within a stipulated period of time. 4.

Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Nilambar Jena, learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department. 5.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to consider fresh representation within a period of three months from today in case the Petitioner files comprehensive representation before

// 2 // him within a stipulated period of fifteen days from today. The Opposite Party No.2 is at liberty to take a decision which would be communicated to the Petitioner with a reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
