Instant I.A. is filed for modification of the order and extension of time of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in compliance of the Courts direction in CRLMC No. 3197 of 2022.

For the reason stated therein, the I.A. stands allowed. Necessary correction be carried out in the order dated 23rd December, 2022 which shall be read as in connection with 'G.R. Case No.135 of 2015 of the court of learned Adhoc Additional District & Sessions Judge (FTSC), POCSO' in place of learned 'Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Ganjam, Berhampur'. Furthermore, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the said court on or before 28th February, 2023 in compliance of the Court's direction in CRLMC No. 3197 of 2022.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 4.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
