2. Heard Mr. T. Panigrahi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and K. Das, learned A.G.A for the Sate-Opposite parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief.

"A. To quash the impugned decision/order dated 16.10.2014 bearing letter No.17/PRO-04918016887 vide Annexure-6 issued by the Respondent No.1 and declare it as illegal, unconstitutional and not binding to applicants. B. To order for absorption of the applicants in Class-IV regular establishment holding his respective peon post under B.D.O., Gop of Puri District.

C. To order the Respondent to observe these applicant in said existed vacant post with all service benefits."

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of the three months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
