This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The Original Application No.1922(C) of 2016 was filed before the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC(OAC) No.1922 of 2016. 3.

The Petitioner, Ward Attendant in Class-IV/Group-D in M.K.C.G. Medical College & Hospital has been assigned to discharge his duties of Junior Clerk/Assistant Steward (Class-III) since 4th July, 2003 and seeks a direction to the Opposite Parties for equal pay for equal work with the concerned grade pay w.e.f. 2nd November, 2006.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. A. Dash, proxy counsel submitted a memo seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to revive the petition in the event cause of action still subsists.

In view of the memo filed, the writ petition is disposed of reserving liberty to the Petitioner to revive the writ petition within a period of 90 days, if cause of action still subsists. 6.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
