This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 09.11.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.28583 of 2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in absence of any time limit to take a final decision in the matter, in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 09.11.2022, the Opposite Party No.2, who is sitting over the matter is not taking any decision despite the order dated 09.11.2022.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2 is directed to take a decision as has been directed by order dated 09.11.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order and the decision be intimated to the Petitioner.
