2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"(i) direct the respondents o regularize the service of the applicants retrospectively w.e.f 9.10.2012 i.e the date on which he completed 6 years of continuous and satisfactory service as a Contractual Teacher which is in consonance with the ST & SC Development Department Resolution dated 8.4.2013 under Annexure-6.

(ii) direct the respondents to give all consequential and financial service benefits from the said date i.e. 9.10. 2012."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law before

// 2 // retirement of the petitioner from service. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
