This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 2.
The present Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged violation of the order dated 2nd January, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.10344 of 2011, whereby directions were issued for enhancement of the Retainer fees for the Principal Counsellors etc. assisting the Family Courts. 3.
At the time of hearing, in the light of resolution dated 10th June, 2022 passed by the Government of Odisha, Law Department, Bhubaneswar, counsel for the Petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt petition as no cause of action survives. In support of his contention, he files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record.
