This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. K.C. Dash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite parties to release the Resettlement and Rehabilitation benefits/package to the land oustee petitioners by strictly following the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 as well as Odisha Resettlement and Rehabilitation Policy 2006 as amended up to Aug.2013 and further to seek direction to opposite party no.3 to consider and dispose of the long standing grievance/representation of petitioners under Annexure-5 with regards to release of R & R benefits/package for his lost land within a stipulated time. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have already made representation before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-5 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel appearing for the State-opposite parties has raised

no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
