placed on record an order dated 09.05.2022 passed by the Director (R&R) & Ex-Officio Special Secretary to Government, whereby sanction of decretal dues under Section 18(1) of LA Act, 1894 amounting to Rs.3,02,184/- (Rupees Three lakh two thousand one hundred eighty-four) only in favour of Nakula Sahu of village-Gaigaon, District-Kalahandi in LAR No.50/2015 has been passed. He further states that pursuant to the said order, the amounts have also been transferred thereby rendering the present contempt to be infructuous.
