This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner after this Court expresses its mind to reject the bail application of the petitioner submits to not press the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer afresh before the trial Court.

In view of such prayer, the BLAPL is disposed of as not pressed with aforesaid liberty to the petitioner. However, taking into consideration the period of custody of the petitioner and the submissions advanced on his behalf, this Court feels it proper to direct the learned trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of the order.
