CORAM:

JUSTICE CHITTARANJAN DASH Order No.

ORDER

16.11.2022 02.

I.A. No.2281 of 2022

1. By means of this Interim Application, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks for modification of the order dated 1st November, 2022 passed by this Court.

2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that although the Petitioner is a resident of Athagarh, he has been engaged in employment as Senior Associate, SE Engineer in Northern Trust Company at RMZ Ecospace Campus, 1C, Rarjapur Outer Ring Road, Bengaluru-560037, Karnataka and staying there at Bengaluru at his service place, and therefore it would not be convenient on his part to abide by the condition imposed in respect to his appearance before the I.I.C./I.O. of the concerned P.S. once in a week, as has been directed in the said order dated 1st November, 2022.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid compelling circumstance, this Court feels it just and proper to do away with the said condition of

// 2 // appearance of the Petitioner before the concerned P.S., while keeping all other conditions unaltered.

4. Regard being had to the fact that the Petitioner had to move for modification of the order and in the meanwhile one week has already been elapsed, the Petitioner is granted three weeks' further time from today for compliance of the directions vide order dated 01.11.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.13979 of 2022.

5. Order dated 1st November, 2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly. ( Chittaranjan Dash ) Judge S.K. Parida
