This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 22.11.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the criminal antecedents are referred in the order of rejection itself, but inadvertently in paragraph-7 the submission of the learned counsel relating to criminal antecedent has been wrongly noted. 4.

Taking into account such submission, the observation made in paragraph-7 the Petitioner being a first offender and paragraph-8 of the order stand recalled.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the copy of the order dated 22.11.2022 for modification of paragraph-7 as adverted to above and sans "paragraph-8" and the

order passed today in this I.A. And is called upon to fix terms keeping in view the Petitioner's antecedents.

Rest of the stipulations made in the order dated 22.11.2022 remain unaltered.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
