This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.
"(i) Direction may be given to the Respondents to show cause why the applicant's case shall not be considered for appointment as regular Primary School Teacher keeping in view of Annexures-3,4,5 & 6 series of the O.A. And (ii) thereby direction may be given to the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 to consider the case of the applicant, maintaining parity with other incumbents of other district vide Annexure-4 & 6 series. And (iii) thereby direction may be given to the respondent Nos.3 & 4 not to appoint outsider i.e. other than under the concerned Block since the applicant having been working there in a existing vacancy post. And (iv) thereby any other order / orders direction (s) be passed so as to given complete relief to the applicant".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievance as made in the representation dated 11.02.2014 under Annexure-6-Series to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
