Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is no dispute that the Petitioner's case can be considered taking into account the decision of this Court taken on 22.12.2016 in W.P.(C) Nos.27744/2013 & 15806/2014. In the circumstance, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs O.P.1 to take decision on the claim of the Petitioner considering the decision of this Court taken on 22.12.2016 in W.P.(C) Nos.27744/2013 & 15806/2014 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition so also copy of the decision in W.P.(C) Nos.27744/2013 & 15806/2014 by the Petitioner.
