In view of the submission of learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State (Vigilance), that as per the instruction received few days back, no criminal case has yet been registered against the Petitioner; learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this application granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
