1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no up-to-date instruction from the petitioner to pursue the litigation at present.
3. The Originial Application was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner who was 55 years of age seeking regularization of her services in the Class IV post in the office of N.H. Division, Balasore (OP No.3).
4. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner would have attained the age of superannuation for Govt. service i.e. 60 years in the year 2019 and, therefore, nothing would survive for adjudication after seven years of filing of the O.A.
5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of up-to-date instruction from the petitioner granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
