CORAM:
SHRI JUSTICE B. P. ROUTRAY
ORDER
15.12.2022 Order No.
I.A. No.1694 of 2019 & MACA No.942 of 2019 05.
1.
The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2.
Heard Mr. R.K. Rath, learned counsel for the insurer - Appellant and Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for claimant - Respondents.
3.
There is delay of 360 days in filing the appeal. 4.
The reasons explained are that, the delay is due to sending the file from local office to divisional office and then to regional office and back, without explaining such delay specifically. As such the reasons are not found satisfactory and this court is not inclined to condone the limitation. Accordingly the Misc. Case is dismissed. 5.
Resultantly, the appeal is also dismissed on the ground of limitation.
