In view of the above submission, the name of M/s S. Mohapatra-2 and associates be deleted from the Cause List. 4.

Mr. S. Swain, learned Counsel states that he has got instructions to appear on behalf of the Petitioner. He states that the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a better Writ Petition with better particulars. 5.
