1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The Originial Application was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner who was aged about 73 years after being dismissed from service by order dated 31.1.1981 challenging rejection of his prayer for grant of pensionary allowance as per OCS (Pension) Rules.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the O.A., the petitioner has passed away rendering the petition infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
