It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.14856 of 2014 (Abhishek Dey & Ors. v. District & Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj & Anr.), which has been disposed of vide Order dated 04.03.2016 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the Judgment dated 04.03.2016 passed in W.P.(C) No.14856 of 2014 (Abhishek Dey & Ors. v. District & Sessions Judge, Mayurbhanj & Anr.), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said Order.
