Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "The petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble court may be graciously pleased to admit the writ application and after hearing both sides the Hon'ble court may issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs directing the opp. party No.3 to refund the excess royality money amounting to Rs.4,95,862/- to the petitioner forthwith.

And any other appropriate writ/writs may dem fit and proper be issued;

And any other order/orders as deem fit and proper be passed." 3.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the petitioner on the self same issue vide Annexure-6 series is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-6 series and take decision, as appropriate, taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition within a period of six weeks from the date of

communication of a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
