1. Mr. A.K. Sahoo, learned counsel who had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner in the bail application, submits that neither he has filed this I.A. nor has any information regarding filing of this I.A. for modification of the order dated 01.11.2022.

2. On perusal of the I.A. it is found that one Sangram Rath, Advocate has filed this I.A. on 28th July, 2023, though he had no power in the main application, i.e. in ABLAPL No.13990 of 2022 which has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 01.11.2022.
