In filing this Application, learned counsel for the Petitioner Order No.

submits that there has been inadvertent mentioning to the Court for not involving O.Ps.1 to 4 in the order dated 2.11.2022 and thus prays for deleting that recording from the order dated 2.11.2022. 2.

Finding the Petitioner is likely to be prejudiced, this Court in disposal of the Application recalls the order dated 2.11.2022 and directs the Writ Petition to be listed on 31.1.2023 under the heading, "Fresh Admission".
