2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

Necessary direction may be issued to the Respondents to issue order of engagement in favour of the applicants as Art Education Instructor in pursuance of the selection and select list prepared on 11.2.2015 and the verification of credentials done on 13.3.2015 forthwith or within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Tribunal."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.4 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexures-6 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.4 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and taking into account Annexures-4 & 5 to the Writ Petition within a period of three months from the date of receipt of
