01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "i) To quash the order dtd.4.06.2015 under Annexure-4 ii) To quash the order dtd.20.08.2015 under Annexure-7 iii) To direct the respondents to allow the applicant to continue in his present place of posting.

iv) And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper."

4. This Court while issuing notice of the matter, passed an interim order in favour of the Petitioner on 09.10.2015 staying the operation of Order under Annexure-4 & 7.

5. It is submitted that since the Petitioner has retired in the meantime, the writ Petition has become infructuous.
