The Original Application No. 4 of 2014 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as WPC (TAC) No. 4 of 2014.

The Petitioner has approached the learned Administrative Tribunal with prayer to fix inter se seniority by recasting vice Opposite Party Nos.4 &5.

Mr. Trilochan Panigrahy, counsel for the Petitioner filed a memo seeking for withdrawal of the Petition as the matter has already been rendered infructuous. The memo is taken on record.

Mr. L. Samantaray, Additional Government Advocate for the Opposite Parties has no objection.
