This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. N.N. Prusty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.
The petitioners have filed the present writ petitions with the following prayer.
"issue notice to the respondents as to why order under Annexures-4 & 5 passed by respondent Nos. 3 & 1 respectively shall not be quashed; if the respondents fail to show cause, or show insufficient cause, pass appropriate order to quash Annexures-4 & 5 so as to give complete relief to the applicant by allowing the Original Applicant; and pass such other order/orders as the Hon'ble Tribunal thinks just and proper."

It is submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is covered by a decision of this Court rendered on 24.6.2022 in W.P.(C ) Nos.7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C ) No. 4848 of 2021.

Mr. N.N. Prusty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel also submitted that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the said decision.

In view of that, the present writ petitions are disposed of in the light of observation/direction passed by this Court in the aforesaid case.

It is further observed that if any amount has been deducted from the petitioners, the same may be refunded within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 8.
The Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. 9.
The photocopy of this order be placed in the connected cases.
