On perusal of the records, it is indicated that RVWPET(RP) No.3 of 2014 was filed by the State for vacation/modification of the interim order dated 21.11.2014 passed in WPC(OA) No.2678 of 2014. In view of the order dated 21.11.2014 having been modified, the stay order being vacated by earlier order dated 10.11.2022 passed in I.A. No.104 of 2021 (arising out of WPC(OA) No.2678 of 2014), learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the present review petition.

In view of the above, the RVWPET(RP) stands disposed of.
