01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- " The final order dated 19.11.2013 passed in Dist. Proceeding No.05 dt.21.07.2012 under annexure-8 be quashed an nonconsideration of Appeal dated 8.05.2014 by Respondent No. 1 by efflux of time be declared as illegal, arbitrary."

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 08.05.2014 at Annexure-10 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to

// 2 // Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

4. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and by giving a personal hearing to the Petitioner.
