None appears on behalf of the Petitioners when the matter is called. On the earlier occasion for the failure of the Petitioners to comply the order dated 04.05.2022, this Court in the absence of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners had given further opportunity to the Petitioners by directing its listing today.

In view of above, the ABLAPL stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

It is needless to say that the interim order dated 19.01.2021 have earlier not been extended by order dated 20.05.2022, the same is no more in force.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
