This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, prayed that your lordship may be graciously pleased to consider facts stated in the petition, issue notice to the opp. parties to file show cause if they fail to file show cause or show insufficient cause hearing from both side counsel writ nature of Mandamus may be issued direct to opp. party No.4 to disburse the compensation amount u/s. 10 of the Petroleum and Minerals pipes lines Acquisition of the right of user in Land Act, 1962 in favour of the Petitioner by which the land is acquired by the authority for the purpose of laying of Gas Pipelines under the project Jagdishpur - Bokaro- Haldia-Dhamara." 4.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner

ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
