This application has been filed for correction of the typographical error crept in the order dated 02.11.2022.

Considering the averments made in the I.A. and after going through the order dated 02.11.2022, this Court allows the prayer made in this I.A. and accordingly in the description of opposite party of the order dated 02.11.2022, the word "Balasore" be corrected and read as "Balangir" and in the 3rd line of paragraph-7 of the order, Plot No. "1476" be corrected and read as "1475". 5.

Rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 6.

The I.A. stands disposed of accordingly.
