2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "To direct the respondents to step up the pay of applicant at par with Chakradhar Panigrahi from the date when he is getting higher scale than the applicant.

To direct the respondents to revise the pension of applicant after fixation of the scale of pay @ Rs.3575/- fromRs.3500/- under ORSP Rules, 1998.

To direct the respondents to release all the financial and consequential benefits flowing from the date of fixation of scale of pay.

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
