This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

2. This is an application for extension of time and the modification of order dated 02.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.14297 of 2021 as well as the modification of cause title. 3.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 02.09.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 9th line of paragraph-4 of the order, the year of the name of the Court "S.D.J.M., Bhadrak" be substituted by "J.M.F.C., Basudevpur". Necessary corrections are carried out in the order as well as in the cause title accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by four weeks more with effect from today. 4.

The I.As. are accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
