This the second journey of these Petitioner in filing this application under Section-438 of the Cr.P.C. who has been implicated in connection with Salepur P.S. Case No. 333 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.808 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Salepur, for his grant of bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel appearing for the Informant.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials as placed as also the earlier order dated 19.11.2020 in ABLAPL No.13647 of 2020; while being not inclined reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the
// 2 // Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case within fifteen days hence and moves for his release on bail, same shall be considered on its own merit; further taking into account all such developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and disposed of early in accordance with law. 5.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
