1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20.12.2021, after the Original Application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

3. On perusal of the available order-sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that notices were issued by the learned Tribunal on 28.08.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursed after 04.09.2015. When the learned Tribunal issued notice on 28.08.2015 interim order was passed directing that the "status quo of the applicant as on today be maintain till filing of counter."

There is no further pleadings by any of the parties is on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

5. Learned Additional Government Advocate referring the impugned order dated 22.08.2015 submits that nothing would survive at present considering the fact that the challenge was to a order of transfer and posting of the year 2015.

6. Having heard learned counsel the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
