The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice for removal of unauthorized encroachment over government land. 4.

It is open to the petitioner to take necessary step by bringing to the notice of the authority with regard to the status of the land, so that the authority can pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.
