1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges the order passed by the opposite party No.3 rejecting his claim for approval as he was one of the Peons of the opposite party No.4's School. He seeks direction from this Court to the opposite parties to take a decision pertaining to approval of his post.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instructions in the matter.

4. Since the matter was of the year, 2014, the cause of action might have lost its significance. Hence, the WPC (TAC) is disposed of as infructuous.

5. The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Court afresh, if any cause of action survives.
