This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

RJ 2.

The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 20th December, 2021, after the original application was transferred from the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack upon its abolition.

On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal, it is indicated that the matter was listed on 15.10.2015 and 21.12.2015 and never admitted and not taken up/pursued thereafter, nor there is any further pleadings by any of the parties.

The O.A. was filed by the applicant challenging the action of the opposite parties alleging that the opposite partiesauthorities did not allow the applicant to submit his original documents. Pursuant to the advertisement dated 23.01.2010 for selection of Fireman. Prayer by the petitioner to grant 15 days further time to submit the original documents and the O.A. was filed on 25.09.2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter at

It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that considering the nature of grievance raised in the O.A. which has been subsequently registered before this Court as writ petition, the matter has been rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 7.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of instruction from the petitioner. (M.S. Sahoo) Judge
