1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail allegedly for their involvement in the offences punishable under Sections 341/204/506/323/34, I.P.C.

3. Considering the seriousness of the allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is directed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender and move for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Kantamal in C.T. Case No.322 of 2022 corresponding to Manamunda P.S. Case No.213 of 2022 within a period of three weeks from today, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, but subject to the condition that the Petitioners shall submit an undertaking before the learned court below to the effect that they shall not resort to any such activities

// 2 // whereby the victim-informant shall remain ex-communicated in any manner whatsoever with further conditions that the Petitioners shall appear in person before the learned court below on each date of posting of the case and shall appear before the I.O. / I.I.C. of the concerned P.S. once in a week on such date and time fixed by the I.O. / I.I.C. for a period of six months or till submission of Final Form as the case may be.

4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
