1. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was employed as a driver for driving Janani Seva Vehicle under the Rogi Kalyan Samiti attached to District Headquarter Hospital, Sundargarh in the district of Sundargarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply the authority for any available work that may be assigned to the petitioner having already worked for about six years as a driver in the Janani Seva Vehicle.

3. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
