1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has not established contact to the petitioner despite his best efforts. In the meantime, the petitioner has already been superannuated from service. He further submits that the petitioner had filed a representation before the Inspector of School, Cuttack Circle, Cuttack which is still pending.

4. Since the Inspector of School, Cuttack Circle, Cuttack has now been rechristened as Block Education Officer, Cuttack and the said representation is still pending since long before him/ her, let the Block Education Officer, Cuttack decide the representation of the petitioner and

// 2 // pass a reasoned order referring to Annexure-3 to the writ petition within a period of three month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
